I would have just build a bridge to the new islands, the ferry already creates as much problems as it does and there is no need to "keep" prisoners away from the entrance since you're not really making them high risk

Agreed! The ferries have already caused so many problems and these are only med sec, they don't need to have to take a ferry across. A bridge would work fine and a security room on each side would make sure it is still very secure.

I think was better to make the new island completely separate from the main one, make no sense that min and mid security inmates have to walk trough scary and deadly inmates

So because the only way to get waste off the island is off the main boat dock, and all the dead prisoners are taken to it, they always tend to use the main island morgue. Couldn’t you use the morgue space on the other islands for extra medical space
