Aslo look at the color of the rooms. If it's green, you have a room avbailable if it's white you don't. You made a lot of people waiting that didn't have to wait that long. One thing I found out in thsi game is that the elevators is THE most important things. If you don't have enough and fast enough once, your porters will stand around forever and have problems picking up and delivering laundry and food, and guest takes forever to go to sauna and back, wich makes your room have a MUCH longer turn around, you might have enough food, laundry machines, saunas and Porters, but withouth enough elevators everything lags, makeing the game a whole lot more difficult.
