It's still effectively 480p, but hats off to them for understanding how KZbin compression works. All standard def content (especially older stuff like this) needs to be uploaded in 4k to avoid the absurdly low bitrate for 480p (a DVD looks closer to KZbin's 720p than 480p due to the significantly higher bitrate of DVD, but 480p on KZbin look way worse than standard def should not because of the resolution, but the bitrate.
