As as aboriginal lady , salt water/bunjalang woman this song takes me bck 2 the land the elders past, present & future elders & how we lived off the land , this song takes me bck 2 life was easy 2 a extent .. I felt this song. I hid away in Costa Rica with my own problems, during Covid. Covid slowed everything and let me heal in Costa Rica and nature fixed me. I hated returning to the fight I needed to do. But now it’s all done and everything is back to as it was. I enjoyed Covid, nature needed it.

I discovered this song about two weeks ago. I listen to it about 20 times a day and I've almost gotten to the point that I can hear it without crying. I just really feel like it has touched my soul and opened a door in my heart. A door that hasn't been open since I was a tiny child. So much hurt there that I have spent a lifetime holding down. So much bad news flowing out of my body. As poor as I am I am poorer in thanks for what you have done. I would say blessings to you but it is you that has given me a truly blessed gift.

As a declaration and affirmation of your faith in Jesus Christ, get baptised in water because He commanded us to do so. In John 3:5 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.'' ''Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit'' (Matthew 28:19) ''Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.'' (Acts 2:41) ''And this water symbolizes the baptism that now saves you also - not the removal of dirt from the body, but the pledge of a clear conscience toward God - through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,'' (1 Peter 3:21) ''We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.'' (Romans 6:4) ''Having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through your faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead.'' (Colossians 2:12) Please get right with God and start your relationship with Jesus Christ today before it’s too late, because there’s not much time left! "But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.’’ (Mark 13:32) Get to know Christ through God's Word - Bible. He gave us the law (Ten Commandments) not to make us righteous, but rather to show us our sin (Romans 3:20). God gave us free will and since Adam sinned in the garden, sin is the nature of our flesh and we ALL have sinned. (Romans 3:23) The law demands death to those who sin (Romans 6:23). Yes, even if you have lied once in your life, you are sentenced to hell - that's how high God's standards are of moral perfection because God is holy and righteous, there is not one sin in Him. Wow. Music can really be so powerful. Especially, Xavier Rudd's. I've been thinking about it lately and I think what's amazing about Mr. Rudd's music is that it strips away everything. All the negative emotions, our façades, the walls we unintentionally build around us, and all the fakeness and toxicity in life. @Eri Ana is right. This music really cracks people open and it brings out the authenticity that is so easily forgotten. Personally, whenever I feel lost, Xavier Rudd's music (its simplicity and happy tunes) gets me back on track. I'm so happy that I can listen to this wonderful piece of art whenever I want and thank you so much for all the replies, it really gave me some perspective. I wish you all happiness and luck!

It has woken up so much from the depths of freedom inside me... There's a house like that in my family... Which is alive for me and dead and unnecessary for others. This house of Love and Wood has kept the space for so many children and their young parents not having anything yet.
