I've been a long time fan of yours Mr.Malmsteen and I still am even more now. In 2014 you came to the house of blues for the guitar gods tour and my wife made my dream come true for my first ever real concert. I loved that show..WE loved that show I cherish those good times we had together. She actually caught one of ur picks which I still have today. Sad to say she passed away last year, the true love of my life, I miss her dearly but when I listen to some of ur 🎶 🎵 music I am always reminded of how beautiful and heartfelt she was. Keep on rocking brother. 🙏

I seen Yngwie in Pittsburgh in November 2021. The show was phenomenal and the band was tight. What makes Yngwie great is he knew what his style was early and he has stayed true to himself. Long reign the Maestro.

Yngwie had great support from his musical family while growing up. They would discuss music theory, such as modes. Yngwie is an educated musician. He practiced so much in his youth. To play with the Japanese Symphony Orchestra was fantastic.

The one in Sonic Blue is killer! It looks very much like an older guitar he had/has that he used on the Day on The Green festival in 1985, Sonic Blue is such a great color on a strat, especially with a maple neck & fretboard.

This man only know scales - Richie Blackmore… Yngwie will always have my respect… Been following him for decades. When my buddies were listening to zeppelin, AC/DC ,and Van Halen I was listening to Yngwie, Dio, SRV, Muddy Waters, Albert King.. Although I did see him open for AC/DC . I was there to see him… Good memories.. That no one can take… He created a Musical Bond with my son and I. Nothing like hearing your 9 year old listening to yngwie… “No problem Michael! I remember from an interview I think back in '07 Yngwie still used an analog mixing desk. So he finally switched haha. Go check out his song '(Si Vis Pacem) Parabellum' it's great. Good to see Yngwie back on form with new equipment and new music!

To this day the best playing and sounding guitar I have ever owned, is the Yngwie Malmsteen signature Strat. I also put YJM pickups in all of my Strats. YJM's should be stock in all Strats. They're far superior to everything Fender makes and puts in them, regardless of the style of music you play.

I dug your jam since the ‘80s (even thoI did guitar work for Ibanez haha). Interesting your favorite guitar pick up set up is single coils. Very classic. I remember when a humbucker at the bridge was the cool thing. Cool Fenders and Ferraris! I like the 308 cars from my youth!
