Thanks for the video as usual. It makes total sense but we still have to remember that PA can change some stuff still last minute. For people still grinding their end game gears like me, i would still recommend to wait and see before investing in accuracy or pen offin. For all the gearkird max capped it is a good info

Assuming magical number of 1k accuracy is actually best (its probably not since its limited glab testing). You can reach 1k accuracy with 2 dawns and still have 330 bracket meaning ratio remains 6. And if you tried pen disto, offin, ominous, dawn and rest 3 debo you still don't reach 340 bracket while having 1004 accuracy. Regardless offin does look BiS for succession noobs as only time kzarka would be better is if you had to run more 5 accuracy accesories and still needed 18 extra making you have 1165 accuracy (i used a bit different crystals).

I think it's too early to jump to conclusions about any of this. Not only are they increasing the accuracy on accessories, but they are balancing all skills and passives so that all classes have the same accuracy buffs. Also the rework of number of hits and accuracy and evasion/dr could completely change how much accuracy you need. This conclusion about Offin might be correct or could turn out to be still completely off.

this considers that, according to initial testing 1000 accuracy seems to be the sweet spot, and that's what 3x acc accessories reaches with offin.

@@ImChoice u can reach it with just 2 acc accessoirises because u forgot the 34 free accuracy we also get just for leveling, might even reach it just with 1 dawn and 5 debo (if u get some extra accuracy from crystals/lightstones)

BTW, better replace a PEN debo ring with PEN ominous ring rather than PEN debo belt with PEN turo belt. Turo belt has 4 more accu than ominous ring but 1 less AP so not a big trade off in accu for 1 more AP is huge. Best build would be 2 dawn earring, 1 debo belt, 1 debo ring, 1 ominous ring, 1 debo neck

Uhm... idk man. Global labs it's hard to test anything it never reflects live servers. Ap bracket wise after 305 ap brackets fall off and starts to fall off. With that being said there is dp brackets coming and on top of that they are giving a ton of accuracy sure so that 305AP thing can change, but the kzarka/offin debate is only a debate viable for like 0.01% of players who are hardcap. Pretty sure fallen god weapon is dropping before MOST players get pvp hardcap. Regardless with diminishing returns on AP caps and the fact they will continue to change things on global I really dont think offin seems desirable for most esp with the fact everyone uses gear swaps right now..
