i tried to use the example but the bsp didnt worked for me as im using a generic s3 devkit c so i modified the code to write the audio data directly to the i2s channel but the voice is not very clear for some reason.

@@snopz Are there any other tasks happening at the same time that the audio is playing? Tasks like updating the UI can interfere with the audio writing.

I feel silly for asking this, but i have to ask, Does this go online and connect to a server for speech synthesis, Right ? or does all that offline ?

Good question. Works offline without internet connection.
