I know it doesn’t pertain to this video but is there a reason why a lot of toss players don’t use hallucinate? I remember when I use to play I used it a lot and it worked. Just don’t know if things changed a lot

Sometimes they do, if they're using recalls a lot. Otherwise, I think the energy is better for storms in the vast majority of the time.
