Has a utuber in a Public place i have asked the same question. Why don't you guy's expose those that litter instead of complaints spend a day or 2 with there vehicles registration. This will create awareness. Also spinning in shad season in Cape Town is responsible spinners on one end and bait guy's on the other.

Hi Clenton, I think we just need to remind the fishermen to pick up after they finish for the day, hopefully, they will understand, I don't want to embrace them, spoon and bait don't work, people just fish wherever it suits them, thank you and take care
