Awesome build. Love the way it turned out. Good to see the butchering at the end, too many people forget where meat comes from. 🍻 🔥.

Cheers Ian mate! Yeah it's a good process to be able to grow, butcher and cook. Especially butchering in the field, no stress to the beast. 🙌

As a grill fan and an engineer I must say damn ingenious, mate 👍👍👍 If you would do a second one, would you do it more or less the same way again? Or would you do anything completely different?
@oldmate_adventuresАй бұрын
Arrrr mass respect 🙏 🫡 🍻!! Get the door to seal perfectly or have a lip it sits over, would make it reverse flow also. I know there is some calcs you can do in regards to air flow or 'draw' into the wood box and my valve intake wasn't big enough so we just crack open the firebox door and worked better. 👍👍 cheers mate for the support 🍻

Good Episode Team Jelly, I bet your old man would love to start a smoker project with you. All that choice meat, did you do any jerky/biltong with any? Hope you are both going well & getting into the crays 👍🏼🍻
@oldmate_adventures29 күн бұрын
Haha my old fella has a custom smoker he rarely uses 😆 ! Yeah Craig made a few batches of Biltong for the crew, was so so tasty 😋 Going good mate! Couple of dives in already, cheers for the support!
