Sean was special in this, but I'm literally in awe of Robert's teaching. He must just teach musicality. The interpretation of the song was so clear in Every. Single. Performance. Not at all his most sophisticated choreography, but everyone embodied the song. Robert's message was clear. Just wow... I was happy to see Joya first. She captured the mood and the moves. So clean. Many people see potential in Sean, but what's most impressed me lately is his incorporation of movements that are not seen as traditionally masculine. There are all sorts of reasons why people's movement patterns are what they are, but it looks like Sean is truly open to exploring diverse methods of expression. That'll help him get as far as anything. Really happy to see him collaborating with and learning from Green. I have to give a shout out to Charlize. I love both her and Robert for their musicality especially, so it makes me extra happy to see her in his class. Again. Wow... Kudos Robert.

Listen carefully to the song as Charlize Glass is dancing to it. Watch her body, from head to toe, kill every single beat (yes even her gorgeous hair is out there killing beats! LOL!) in the song; beats you didn't even know existed. The only other dancers I can think of who are gifted w/this type of musicality & deliver it so effortlessly are Larry & Laurent Bourgeois of Les Twins. I tell you, Charlize Glass is a dancing genius! She's always a standout and it's such a joy to watch her go to work. She exudes confidence, beauty, and superior artistry. She was definitely born to dance! I can watch her performance here a million times over and still get chills every single time.

Robert Green, you’re back to your elements! This is how I love you moving-Millennium is great, but your style is so unique, and totally your own! LOVE that you’ve got those dancers in *this* space dancing to your style (the way Jade did some years back). The space, the clothes, the choreography-perfect for Robert’s very own fluid style. Everyone was great, esp the first centre dancer (Joya?). Among the MDC dancers, I feel only Charlize could match the fluidity along with the musicality. Sean had to get the musicality, of course, and loved the improvised moves that he always adds! Somehow, Robert’s choreos (and he himself) make you feel free to explore your movements. Love him, and so happy to see him do his thing!
