Why the black first? It's going to dirty you other colors. CMYK. Or Ymck. Keeps your colors staying true.

It is the process! Always black down first then cyan,magenta then yellow! Inks are formulated not to pull other colors back! If you try running process without the right tack and release then the colors will contaminate!

Not the best way to handle freshly printed sheets. It’s apparent that ink on paper is the only concern... not quality.

Well it's probably bond! If it was gloss you can't handle it that quick! They probably use UV inks and dryers! These guys have very limited space I see! OSCHA would have a field day there! Lucky owners still promoting slave labor! Not a pleasant situation there in India! it's booming commercial printing industry is at its infancy!

Not worth the cost of rigging it! That's an OLD Komori, that was likely ran ragged, then sold off to India, where they apparently, ripped all the safeties & gates off. Can do better on the used market than that.
