yah japan is a diff culture. they can sing....all of em...just they feel no reason to. Su can do all of it and last the whole show but i dont think the other 2 can but DEF can sing 1 song.....AND out of all 3....Moa sings the best imo. she has a very warm voice...i guess we CRAVE more and more but i think its better to have a small special treat of them singing then making them which is impossible to do. japanese culture is 1 place where u never FORCE someone to do something when doing business. its why they dont..because they have the choice not to. its not like china where everyone is forced to do things or they die. i believe thats why japan wanted to crush china.

​@@kawrss31 moa has a really lovely tone but in terms of technical skill, Su is better. Her projection, vocal endurance, and breath control are all more skilled. I don't think she could lead sing a whole concert without seriously fatiguing her voice. I do wish that we got more black Babymetal more often and that moa had more opportunity to solo tho

People forget how talented Momo really is. Her path to BabyMetal was so different from others. Yes, she was part of SG. But before joining BabyMetal, Momo performed in theater. One can never overlook what it takes to be a theater performer. What she brings to BabyMetal was something the group didn’t really have. I still say Momo needs her own “Angel” nickname. Su is our Goddess of Metal. Mos is our Angel of Love. To me, Momo is our Angel of Joy. 😂

I like how Momo made it her own. With her screams and Hedoban growl, she went extra kawaii singing to showcase total ownership. I loved that! Where BABYMETAL juxtapose their music, vocals, choreography, visuals, genres... etc., Momo does the same. We always say how can two totally separate things can sound so good together. I was at Legend MM for Momobanger and it was an amazing show. While I expected it would be great, I didn't expect her to do it in the way she did it. If there was any doubt that the fans have embraced and love Momo, this performance put those doubts to bed.

I was there for this. The extra excitement going through the crowd when we realized what was about to happen was incredible. Momometal also sang lead on “Meta Toro” and that was equally special and *_so_* pink!

Hell yeah! Su’s vocals were always more melodic here, Momo sang it in a staccato style, and extra kawaii. I’m excited to see if they’ll have Momo do a few more screams in the future! On the guide: CrypticMisery has commented positively on reactions to his “Everything you need to know about Babymetal updated” guide so I don’t think he minds. Pretty sure the new guide’s author for “Not so extensive guide to Babymetal” wouldn’t mind either. But don’t want to speak for them, you can always ask them! 🤘🦊

⚡ 🍑 💕 / 🤘 Great reaction! Yeah, the Momometal contrast is real. The show was on March 2nd, 2024. This was the last night that Momoko would be twenty years old. That's why the lyric change from "ichigo" (15) to "hatachi" (20 years old) makes sense. They made the same lyric change for Su and Moa's 20th birthday shows, LEGEND S and LEGEND M. The next night was Momoko's 21st birthday. That show featured a special version of Meta Taro (know as "Momo Taro") that also featured Momoko's singing. Unfortunately the "complication" you watched left out the kamishibai (picture story narration) for this song. That's definitely worth looking for. There's another kamishibai for the March 3rd show (on Momoko's 21st birthday) that introduces 'Momo Taro'.

I love how much more fun everyone has during those special versions of Headbanger. The crowd fired up even more than usually. The girls all smiling and big respect to Su for having so much fun doing Momo's part (she is all the time smiling) :) Oh, and I loved Su's encouraging nod when she handed over the mic to Momo. Momoko cannon loaded with sheer dark explosives and a warhead made of shiny and bubbly metal. I witnessed this performance and got crushed into pieces, smilingly of course, at the venue and was also honored to have a chance to celebrate Momoko's last day of her 20 years of age.

Well I expect SG Love means Sakura Gakuin, the group where the Original Babymetal came from and that even mattered for Momoko after Mao and Yui graduated. Bur after Momoko geaduazed she first added some time in Theater. What Babymetal Lacken but sometimed used were screems and growls but Momoko has learned this and as she demonstrates she can also sing. And this is wanted since we want to hear Momo but she doesn't want to sing Solo.

I've come from surely seeing all your reactions to Babymetal and I'm surprised that you haven't yet reacted to "BxMxC" or also to "No rain No Rainbow" The first is a demonstration of Sue's talent for entering as a newbie into a genre so different from the usual one and being able to handle it like a queen. The second is one of the sad songs in Babymetal's repertoire in which you can notice how Sue seems to get carried away by the song every time she sings it and is on the verge of crying. Without a doubt they would be my 2 recommendations for now.

It's seems like you haven't seen Moabanger... You need to check that one out. Moa has an AMAZING VOICE! No knock at Momo who did a fantastic job! And Momo's growls are AMAZING! But yeah, Moabanger totally worth it! Also No worries about the documentary videos, you don't need to react to it but everyone does and at the very least the one by CrypticMisery is up for reactors to react to, so you won't be crossing any lines there. But ultimately it is up to you.

It’s interesting that you and Momo have same birthday. Just want to add a piece of information that March 3rd is girl’s day in Japan. We 16:39 celebrate girls and wish their wellbeing, decorating peach flowers. It’s called “Momo-no-sekku “ in Japanese. (Momo is peach ). Peach flowers are in full bloom in the begging of March. Is that why her parents named her after Momo? Or the music production came up with this name, I don’t know. All I know is that Momo meant to do what she does. Exceptional!

If Koba was smart he would integrate more Moa and Momo vocals into future albums. Su and Mia are fast approaching the age where they can’t be dancing and looking “cute” the whole concert. If you don’t give more singing parts to Momo and Moa, there soon will be no reason for them.

What you have yet to realise (for some odd reason because Moa has been very clear), Moa has little desire to take the mic, she states she wants to focus on dancing and being support vocals. I wouldn't doubt black babymetal will make a comeback but in the end it's up to the girls. And a new concept, to be a cute adult. Its clear theyve been experimenting, now that momo has joined there needs to be paitence to let babymetal grow again.

Great reaction guys! You seemed a bit uncertain of the growls but yes, that is Momometal doing them, as well as the screams. She actually did growls back in the days with Sakura Gakuin, so yes, she is capable of doing those. And the contrast to her overly kawaii singing voice is just so adorable.
