Technically, that is exactly what happened. The devs added this MLP lore into it after they saw Yuno and Harry playing Dora the explorer looking for clues and copiumed on MLP, saying they need to watch all the seasons.

Probably created the item, heard the theory, and changed the description of the item, which can be done after putting the image, still funny either way
