It is great to see that she is back in control of her career. This song is a banger. I dare anyone not to move to it when it plays, almost impossible. It's great to see her having fun, bringing out the AGT/Voice Kids dance moves, and allowed to be her fun self. She most definitely is back, and I hope that soon she will dominate the airwaves and the Grammies too.

The first song breakable was basically telling the record company to go screw themselves they try to break her by doing what they wanted her to do the next song that girl don't live here anymore just basically telling the record company she's now a new person a new artist I will do what she wants to do

YES!!! I was SO looking forward to your reaction to this! Your reactions to Courtney's performances are performance in and of themselves, and always have been from the time you brightened up election day 2020 with my favorite thing on KZbin, a reaction to her AGT audition. I'd been watching people all year, ever since quarantining started and I first found out what a "reaction video" is, and enjoying the shock on their faces when Courtney starts singing, but yours takes the cake😃😁😆🤣🙃😂🤪💩😅

Hi Faith. Great reaction. Loved it and I think your analysis was spot on, but I disagree somewhat with your conclusion. As you said every artist is known for that one, or few things, that make them, or identify them, as their true authentic self. However, I don't necessarily think those things have to be a style of music. Courtney is the perfect example. She can sing just about anything from R&B, Funk, Soul and Ballads to Rock and I will love the song equally, no matter the genre. That's because the things that make Courtney her true authentic self go beyond music style. Instead, I think it's more like the passion with which she sings. We rarely, if ever, see that in music anymore. It's the way she can connect emotionally with her listeners. I don't think there is anyone that can touch your heart and soul when they sing, like Courtney can. It's her sound. You could recognize that incredible voice from hearing one word of it. It is that unique. All of these things that make Courtney her true authentic self are above the plane of the style of music she's singing. That's why whether Rock or Ballad, people love her songs equally. Because the things that make her who she is as an artist are applicable to any style or genre.T Having said that, this is a sensational song. The vocals are unmatched, as is to be expected and the lyrics are brilliant. I defy anyone to stay still while listening to this song. It's almost impossible. The song, and the way Courtney sings it, just demands that you move with it. The tune is so catchy and contagious, that it takes one listen and it's stuck so deep in your head that your going to be hearing, humming it, singing it on loop. It just keeps popping up in your brain, and there is no cure for it than to just listen to it some more. Now that Courtney is in control of her own music, it is said to expect a release approximately every month, so I think you're going to be very busy reacting to Courtney's new material. She is such a powerhouse of a songwriter, and she has a huge library of music that she has written and that she hasn't been able to release until she went independent. Can't wait to hear you reacting to it all.

Hey Edward I agree 100% and as an artist myself I know one genre or style of music should not define nor limit an artists creativity nor should they ever feel the need to be penguin holed into one specific genre for the duration of their career. So not sure if it was something I said that was misinterpreted or if I just did a crappy job of saying what I meant which is possible lol 😂 but yes absolutely freedom of musical expression across any and all genres that an artist wants to take on I’m 100% for as I’ve done the same thing throughout my own music career. When I was first signed to Sony I had a Hardcore Techno image and that’s how allot of people viewed me but I was making tons of Rnb, Hip Hop and even was part of a Rock Group on the side. So yea I’ve always done whatever style of music that makes me happy in any given genre and I strongly believe all artists should be free to do the same and even blur genres as I also love to do should they choose to.
