I am an artist as well. I am a painter and it is super easy to get stuck in your own groove and miss others that can be super duper inspiring. I was a trained classic choral singer for years when I was younger. Dimash has brought me back to so many of those vocal lessons and returned my love of classic style of singing and especially when it’s mixed with contemporary music. I paint to Dimash frequently now.

Dimash is just on another level. No one should try to compare themselves because he is one in a trillion. He's the whole package. Truly a gift from God. He touches your soul like no other. One of the kindest, humble, most down to earth, wise, funny and deep people you'll meet. No ot to mention handsome. He's from Kazakhstan. First recognized when he sang this song for a Chinese singing show in 2017. He was 22. His birthday is this month and he'll turn 26. He was an unknown competing with professionals. They gave him second place even though it was obvious he won. But, he now has world wide fan clubs and has done concerts in eastern Europe and his first one in NYC Barkley's center in Dec was sold out. He really is incredible. Thank you so much for listening all the way through. Your reaction was pretty evident. Lol. And comments great. There is soooooo much more to hear. Recommend Sinful Passion next. Or his cover of Lionel Richie's song Hello. Opera 2 is fun. Ogni Pietra (Olimpico) is amazing. There are too many to list. But these will give a pretty good general idea of his skills. This is one of the best singers in the world! One of the widest ranges in the world - 7 octaves from memory. He wrote the song. He has been training his whole life. He sings opera and everything else! He's from, and trained, in Kazakhstan. His mother is a renowned opera singer, his father a renowned musician or opera singer both of Kazakhstan. Dimash was a child prodigy. He sings in many, many languages, and plays multiple instruments. He is 26, 6ft 3" so very tall, and a singer, musician, composer, performer. As a singer, it's like comparing yourself to the gold medallist in the Olympics. Don't go there.

He has been a student of music since he was five. He plays seven instruments (that we know of), sings in twelve languages, and speaks Kazakh (native language), Russian, and English fluently. His English can still be "broken" sometimes, but he started learning it just a couple years ago. His fans call his English, Dinglish. He also speaks a very limited amount of Mandarin, but he is studying it. Loved your reaction :) His range is 6 octaves, highest note he can sing is D8. He is from Kazakhstan, bilingual Kazakh/Russian, but sings in many different languages. Dimash was 22 years old at the time of this performance. He was a wild card in Chinese show "The Singer" and this performance went viral overnight. He now has an army of fans all over the world, he calls them Dears. My suggestion is to react to Opera 2 from the same competition in 2017. After that, Sinful passion from Slavic bazaar. Its being 3 years since and he has evolved allot, he jus keeps giving :) the latest songs are "Your Love" and "Across Endless Dimensions". Amazing reaction :)Yes Dimash is one in generation talent, his voice range is 6+ octaves and he is classically trained since age 5. He plays several instruments dombra (traditional Kazakh instrument, kind of 2-string lute, piano, drums) and sings in over 10 languages :) He also composes his own songs. He can sing different genres opera, pop, jazz, rock, ethnic Kazakh music and he can fuses all these genres creating something new. He comes from Kazakhstan, huge country in Central Asia between Russia and China. Here he is participating in The Singer, this is Chinese singing competition for well establishes singers from China and area. He was invited there as a experiment, because some producent saw his at the Slavic Bazaar contest in Belarus where he won 1st place. He was the youngest one there (22) ans the only foreigner and he did anot speak any Chinese. He opened this contest, because they considered him the weakest contestant, best singers were placed last. Dimash is 25 years old. On youtube there are videos of him singing from F1 to D8, which is over 7 1/2 octaves. He can sing in 12 languages and play seven instruments, and even won a national piano contest. Dimash was a contestant on The World's Best, but he found out the producer's lied to him about kids also competing. He continued until the finals and then took himself out saying he wanted to leave it to the kid contestants to win. Stand up guy. He is loved in Asia and Europe but isn't well known in the U.S. because he won't let the music execs take control of his music and manipulate it into garbage. He's real adamant about being in full control of his music and the creative process, and he does it himself. Dimash started singing and piano lessons when he was 4-5 years old. He spent his school years in music centered schools, and has degrees in classical music, vocal music, contemporary and jazz music, and is currently working on his masters degree in composing. He's 6'3" and has exceptionally long vocal chords, even for someone his height. He's also a model and has been on the cover of many magazines including Men's Health, Lifestyle, Fashion, Elle, and was featured in Cosmopolitan. Oh, and he has perfect pitch. He's one of the most humble and soft spoken people you will meet. Also, yes he's really this good. You can search up youtube videos of him singing live, no mic. I watched a 30+ minute montage of him singing live no mic in various places for various people, on the news, for fans, family, etc. He sounds perfect no matter what. It's crazy.

What just happened - and what you just experienced - is hearing for the first time, the most beautiful voice on the planet!! It's not that you need to listen to 'some other voices out there' - all you need do is listen to some more of Dimash! There isn't anyone like him or even comes close to his vocal mastery! I have been a professional musician and singer almost my entire life too .. that's a career spanning 60 years, on stage and screen! I'm also a stickler for intonation, so don't anybody ever give me a flat note!!!! Dimash doesn't!!! He's the ONLY singer who has ever managed to fill my heart and soul with his perfection! I have too say, I cried and cried. Dimash is intense. He can't be put in any category, he sings perfect and flawless every time. He was born with this talent and he just mastered his art as he got older. He raps too!!yes he does!!!
