I remember that 2021 defense being terrible. Then, Ed let it go, the scheme changed, and it was top 10. I believe this scheme change will show similar results.

They were 64th in total defense in 2021...they had some good games but weren't even close to a top 10 defense

I just have that gut feeling LSU's defense is gonna take a massive leap forward getting to a top 50 overall defense in Baker's 1st year back. And only improving each year moving forward to where teams fear playing LSU again and only referring to them as "Brutal Hitting Dawgs"!!! #GeauxTigers

FYI: Wesson Davis has a family/friend: nick name: Pouch, a great media name I have called him Pouch his entire life. You might ask him if he might embrace that nickname. His family raised him well. His dad is 6'7". His grandfather is 7", His other grandfather James Scott, Scotty,. had a large part in raising him right, was a top softball player in Beamont. Please get his permission to call him Pouch.

Let’s be more specific… Nick Saban owned LSU. But LSU fans have their teeth in their mouth. LSU fans don’t date their cousins. LSU fans don’t have baby seats in the front seat of their Fieros. Tuscaloosa (BD Stadium), is quite possibly the lamest stadium in all of the SEC… Vanderbilt is more fun than BD Stadium…. BD Stadium - I’ve never seen so many khaki pants and Tide polo shirts in my life…. Winter is coming.
