That's 100% true. Any person that doesnt have their own 40k dollars into tge vehicle wont care as much about it when thebpossiblity of crashing it becomes a thing. Tge other side of that opinion is the fact that a person that owns tye vehicle may be slower in the race because they are being overly cautious about their baby. So I guess its a fine line and the only way to rationalize it would be to weight all the factors and then decide.

Hey Matt, the best way I know of to test if you've got a good weld or not is to hit it hard with a hammer. If it breaks, it's a bad weld. If not, it's good.

The truck you commented on about the big tires is my good friend Matt Thorson. His shop is called Thorson’s Extreme Offroad. The truck is called Hells Bells. They are 54 inch tires. The truck has a supercharged LS9, around 1000 HP. I got to ride in it...it’s a blast.
