We take you to the OG Cannabis Cafe. It's legitimately called the Cannabis Cafe, but those who know, know that's the OG because it's under new management but at the same lot, a new vibe, and a whole new menu that even the non-stoner would love and appreciate. This is a cafe where you can sit & dine and choose to smoke or not. There is alcohol served but in a whole other part of the establishment. How convenient is that? The menu is curated by Chef Jonah Johnson where you can customize a milkshake like a kid in a candy store. You can have a GIANT plate of nachos that you can share within a group and that's one thing: Chef Jonah knows people and we all know people like to eat especially when they're vibing, this is a place that's meant to share food. The menu and the atmosphere is perfect, plan a trip with a person or FIVE and you have a good time, trust us. We show y'all.

This study supports my own experience: Racial Disparities in Prosecutorial Outcomes An analysis of felony cases accepted for prosecution by the Denver District Attorney’s Office in the City and County of Denver Cases involving Black defendants were more likely to be dismissed. Cases involving Black defendants were significantly more likely than cases involving White defendants to be dismissed during prosecution. Black defendants experienced a 31% higher probability of having their cases dismissed than White defendants. Among those who experienced a reduction of the top charge, Hispanic defendants experienced reductions of lesser magnitude; however, this difference was not statistically significant. Hispanics were disproportionately represented among cases reduced by a single level (e.g., F3 to F4) and underrepresented among cases reduced by three or more levels (e.g., F3 to F6). Hispanic defendants were generally identified as White and, less frequently, as Black or African American.
