Love the vids bro! I lived in south central from 1975-1991 before my family moved back to Louisiana. I was 15 or 16 when we left. Been in Louisiana ever since. I also went to Horace Mann JR High from 89-91. Your vids keep me connected to my childhood in south central. Love the way you guys are providing history on the gang culture. But 500 I never seen it .. I had partner from Pitts.Justice (Hendon) Big funny Nigga , on a heavy bench a day his warmup 120lbs set 20 reps, 180 10 reps,220 10 Reps ,270 10 Reps, 300. 10 Reps,330 for 10 reps 350 10 Reps. Then work back down 350,330,270, 220, all at 10 reps then go to shoulders military’s press 250 to 270 can’t remember if saw 300 or not ,so I’ll call it 270 , Nigga was a Go-rills , good nature , no bully shit , but some of the most impressive shit I Saw was ,there was a crew of niggas all built like basketball players tall thin these niggas did there little Jane Fonda workout all week but on back day they would be dead lifting 450Lbs. That was impressive to me cause. I Wasn’t dead lifting no more 300 I did not want to fuck my back up in there , then a new nigga came in the jail bout 6’2” bout 280Lbs.. I heard the nigga was a beast never seen him lift heavier then 250 , but he would rep that shit for 10 sets of 20rps that’s ok but then the big nigga would go and do pull-ups .. holy shit that niggas was strong ,, never lifted heavy in the yard , But he also Lifted inside the gym I would hear about him benching 470-480 for reps I remember thinking if hes repin that he can bang out 500,
