when you watch Topsons gameplay when they are 2v5 defending the base it's insane how every single little thing he did turned the game around so crazily, all those force staves, and even double force next to the cogs and over double cliffs in the end to secure clock kill and all this while playing one of the best teams in the world on the biggest stage in the world and this being his first tournament!! That's just insane

If you look closely at 25:50 Ceb Dagoned Bane instead of TB (questionable at first) but then later wins them the game since Bane cast sleep 26:04 at Jerax but upon casting he got killed by the netherwards. This gives Jerax the red carpet for the epic Echoslam! What at game!!!!

Nice observation but wrong interpreting. TB is at full hp and Pugna can't 1 hit nuke him, that mean he can bkb sunder ur team. Nuke that Bane is the best action here.

H4the4 (That is why I noted questionable at first.) If you look closely, TB was hexed that time with 0 armour , Notail & Topson hitting and brought down to 1/3 of HP. It might worth the shot to try Dagon him but yes it's risky thou That's why my first instinct is its a misplay but eventually it's a perfect descission.

@@b-neil Nah man u just read too deep into things. Ceb pugna is not Topson pugna from game 1, he lacks the burst damage. That's why he choose to dagon Bane which is on decrepify, he's targeting the support which is the safest bet. Also you're wrong about the hex, they tried to burst Bane first before they hexed TB. It's not a misplay too tho. Just looked at 25:53

So seriously no one's gonna talk about how TobiWan SyndereN handles commentaries? He's purely epic in doing a commentary in almost all TI matches. It really gives the game some pure chills whenever he does the commentary. As for OG, I hope they'll get the Aegis in order for N0tail to have his revenge a success.

Watching this live....my heart dude. When Jerax started dunking on people and Topson with that insane Arc Warden. Casters were worried about backdoor protection but even with that, topson and jerax get the tower to half life before creeps came. Sometimes I go back and watch some of this TI because in my mind it is by far the most hype tournament we've ever had. I get why people said "fluke" back then. But rewatching it as many times as I have it's not a fluke. Topson dominated mid so many games unless they sent two supports after him. Even in seeding he destroyed Sumail storm mid like 8 networth and 4 levels ahead at 10 minutes. JerAX also played probably the innovative pos 4 strategy's implemented ever. Talk to any pro player and ask about Jerax during this time and they'll tell you he was the most annoying player to play against. I think in game 2 Topson should have went Mida and played back more instead of going solo but even then that makes it so 2 cores are ganking him while the rest of his team wipes the 3 remaining members. It's just he got so ahead on Lina against Storm I felt he blew it his lead but instead he was just making space for his teammates. TL'DR OG didn't fluke it. They earned it. Every team made mistakes, they capitalized on them the most.

Going back to this still the best TI ever. Incredible games, outside of the finals especially this one. Not only did Jerax clutch it so hard at 26:05 but the smallest things changed everything... e.g. bane was gonna sleep Jerax but he got killed my Pug ward LMAO

The difference of a simple roster change can make to a team is remarkable. From tier 2/3 "after Ana left" to TI grand finalists "Addition of Godson and Ana" Ana was just not ready for the pro life before, now he's fully ready to win and be champion HandsUp and summon the Hydra for OG.
