The Oghuz languages are a sub-branch of the Turkic language family, spoken by approximately 108 million people. The three languages with the largest number of speakers are Turkish, Azerbaijani and Turkmen, which, combined, account for more than 95% of speakers.
Kara-Khanid scholar Mahmud al-Kashgari, who lived in the 11th century, stated that the Oghuz language was the simplest among all Turkic languages.
Swedish turcologist and linguist Lars Johanson notes that Oghuz languages form a clearly discernible and closely related bloc within the Turkic language family as the cultural and political history of the speakers of Oghuz languages has linked them more closely up to the modern age.
If you are interested to see your native language/dialect be featured here.

@@eyb0ssss the Northern (Col) dialect of Crimean Tatar is mostly Kipchak-influenced, resembling the Nogai language. The Central (Orta Yolaq) dialect, which is the main unifying dialect of Crimean Tatar used by every Crimean Tatar, is a perfect combination of Kipchak and Oguz elements together. The Southern (Yaliboylu) dialect, however, is the most Oguz out of all, and resembles Turkish the most (especially Istanbul Turkish, but with a pronunciation resembling Azerbaijani), and this dialect is said to be part of the Oguz branch of the Turkic language family. The Yaliboylu dialect has its origins in Ottoman settlers from parts of the Ottoman Empire (especially Anatolia) sailing to the southern parts of Crimea (since the southern part of Crimean contained bustling ports with ships going in and out) and then settling there and intermarrying with the already existing Crimean Tatars there. That is why many Crimean Tatars who are Yaliboylu have some Mediterranean DNA as a result of Ottoman settlers. I find it interesting how diverse Crimean Tatar dialects are, especially with Kipchak and Oguz elements mixed up together.

Forsure😁,Because their language is having a very big influence from these oghuz language especially Turkish and the thing need to ve Know is that when the Crimean Tatar Khanate was under the protectorate or became the vassal start of ottoman empire, there are very many/huge the word/loanwords that addopted in Crimean Tatar Language until right now,and i think that Crimean Tatar is the only kipchak turks branda of language that has been turkified as almost similar and even people pay almost really really same as like the oghuz turkic branched language like Turkish, because the influence of the Turkish Language (Ottoman Turkish Language).

@@modmaker7617 Yes, in the Kurdish city where my grandparents and parents were born, there was a big peaceful community before the wars, which consisted of people with Kurdish, Arabic, Armenian, Assyrian, Aramean, Chechen, Circassian, Turkish, Persian, Russian, Belarusian, Georgian, Jewish, even a little bit African and other minorities ancestry. So there were kinda "exotic" mixed-up people there. I always thought about myself that I was just a Kurdish lady, but my grandmother who unfortunately passed away told me we are also Chechens, and my paternal side says that it is also possible that we also have Georgian and Aramean descent from my dad's grandparents but unfortunately he also passed away. 💔 What about you? ❤️
