Do a search on here on wheel replacement. It's not difficult if you have the correct tools. Wheels are $30

@@SheldonGoff impossible! The screw does not come out, maybe taking it to a mechanic he can solve it. I have two suitcases and I have this problem in both, almost $600 in suitcases and the wheels break easily.

@Daniel Miguel I figured out how to get it out. Not hard if you have the tools. Probably a 30 minute job. I'm going to fix mine soon. I've used it heavily for about 15 years, it's the only issue I've had.
