Johnny Bats he’s a prick, he called me c*nt cuz I told people in his chat that Skrapz has gone to red. He didn’t chill with his team and played the waiting game with Unilad so he could get on red. Now he won’t make a league team. He is a knob head.

Johnny Bats I don't see why everyone has hyped up karma. He's been carried his whole career. He's never been the best player on a winning team. He is like Dennis Rodman of the bulls, or Klay Thompson of the Warriors. And when the team doesn't win, it shows how bad he really is bc people are actually paying attention to single performances.
@jsmovies0996 жыл бұрын
Cory Fowler this is the exact thing someone who has no knowledge of COD history would say. He was “carried” to 3 rings? He wasn’t the best player on any of those teams? Must have a short memory buddy. Fariko, by far the best player on that team and arguably the best BO2 player of all time. Complexity, Karma was an AR slayer, singlehandedly outperformed every other AR at Ghost champs with PAT on his team. And IW Champs. Go watch any single SND or Uplink map they played where damon is being “carried”. I know this is a long response and you’re going to respond with something autistic saying i’m wrong but I promise you buddy real fans have been here long enough to know what they’re talking about
@jsmovies0996 жыл бұрын
Youri Not at all roasting Aches I capitalized because everyone knows he’s a boots legend. Karma was the best BO2 player IMO but the keyword in the response was arguably.

Sam Turner it does not mean that cos optic aren't under contract so they can just say they don't want to play with that team and optic can't do shit to them. Formal can join any team he wants he has no contract obligations

It's a straight trade, MerK knows everything about roster changes. I also know as I am friends with a couple of pros. Trust me, Octane is on OG and Formal is on LG. ZooMaa was going to go to OpTic, but FaZe counter offered the contract. So now OpTic are looking for a different 4th.

Always appreciate mavens insight. He doesnt hold his tongue or try and be pc towards the pros even tho hes friends with a lot of them. One thing i was hoping to hear from tommey would be his thoughts on moving to NA to open up his potential for playing w other teams outside of red/splyce if the region selection wasnt an issue.

Splyce always getting rid of people wayyyyy too fast. Last year they dropped ZERO cause he had a bad event, but the guy has been Splyce's best player most of the events. Now they let Tommey go, and I agree with Clay that Tommey wasnt the problem on Splyce.
@CRanch__1986 жыл бұрын
ricecakejohnson too fast are you joking they are one of the most inconsistent high level pro teams there is. But I aggree tommey was not the problem
@ricecakejohnson6 жыл бұрын
I m not denying that, Splyce was super inconsistent, but that still doesnt mean you get rid of people after one or two bad events. Zero was overall a pretty decent player for Splyce, and I dont see Tommey doing horrible in most events. Look at how good Zero has been for Red Reserve, before the last event or so, RR was considered the best EU team, and it used to be Splyce.

I think part of the reason that the EU scene is evolving so slowly, is because it doesn't have the incentives. The gap is too large for them to actually finish in the money, and there's barely any local LANs outside of the US and the one in the UK, so you don't have support for the mid-tier players, who could be next in line. France, Spain, and Germany has some events, which they find financing for, and several countries around the world has their own online leagues, but the infrastructure doesn't seem to support regular practice at a high level and access to a knowledge exchange and opponents to scrim at a level that will push the entire scene. The same is true of Australian scene, which almost imploded after having had 2-3 tier one teams and around 5 good tier two teams. The CWL should've been an incentive, but for several Australian players it became the opposite, because there was nothing for them to do (outside of the national online league), so there was nothing that would let them sustain a competitive player's lifestyle, if they didn't qualify for the CWL LAN league, so how do you go on practicing as if it's your job for years and years, when you're not making money. I get that only the best players deserve to win the prices, but if you don't have incentives in different tiered levels, you have no way of supporting upcoming players. That being said, it's going to be really interesting to see what two Aussie teams in the CWL league is going to do for the hunger of Australian players. Mindfreak is far from inconsistent, but they are talented, and Tainted Minds is a solid squad, but might not make much of a dent in a league stacked with the world's best. Hopefully, they will start organizing more LANs themselves, if CWL isn't giving them one, that's what the South Americans are doing, because they are barely even recognized by the CWL.

multeyemeteor cod just not big in the uk
@Nbkmac6 жыл бұрын
Eu*
@multeyemeteor6 жыл бұрын
I think it's about as big as it is in the US. CoD is just not that big period. That being said, all the money and most of the orgs are in the US, plus while the population of the EU is more than twice of the US, the EU CoD scene is divided into a number of countries, regions, and orgs that just don't work together all that much.
@CRanch__1986 жыл бұрын
No smaller orgs are willing to take a chance look how many events we have had in UK in the past couple of years and the players at mid level of play have no practise it's so difficult to scrims regular and if you destroy a team in the first hard point of a scrim they leave I know that from personal experience. And like the guys said no one is taking risks on players like in NA like tk and nv have with fero on tk and decamate on nv
@multeyemeteor6 жыл бұрын
I think the language barriers and the fact that Europe is divided into countries, also makes it so that people rarely want to go to other countries to play. The EU isn't one united scene anymore, it's more like several smaller scenes.

they were talking about on a optic roster with scump, crim, octane and zooma who's gonna be the guy who gets and blocks spawns. Thats the stuff karma was doing and got 0 credit for, he just got shit cuz his K.D wasnt great but his knowledge of the game won them maps. Guys like the zooma, crim, scump, octane aren't gonna wanna do the dirty work and track back for spawns they'll all want to show just how good they are, but a team really needs that player who understands everything and does the dirty work. thats why karma is so good and thats why he has 3 rings
@Veedseh6 жыл бұрын
You kept mentioning players that bring something to the team that’s kinda indescribable, is Karma not one of these players? He isn’t a slay heavy player, he isn’t a leader, but he definitely fits the category of bringing something to a team that very few can.
@nicklewis28266 жыл бұрын
He has one of the best cod IQs. He is so intelligent with the game. He also has that clutch factor. He makes plays that nobody expects. His mind just works differently. In other words I agree with you.
@Veedseh6 жыл бұрын
Nick Lewis Oh yeah, for sure dude! I think he truly is one of a kind in that regard imo. If I were to drop one player from the current OG roster I’d honestly drop Scump. It seems like a lot of internal issues are with his relationship with Formal, his lack of willingness to get on and grind the game and even move to a location with better net at least. That won’t happen though as he’s ‘Mr Optic’ himself.. lol
@Veedseh6 жыл бұрын
SuperStarMcAwesome I agree completely, assuming he has that burning desire to compete still I think he’ll do as you say. I also think that if Formal goes to LG they’re winning champs unless Octane and a top 3 sub/flex joins. Then Optic will have insane slaying power.

Does anyone kind of hate the league system. Great teams are disbanding and good players are retiring because they don't make it into the league. I really think the league needs to be expanded and the qualification system needs to be changed.

I think an interesting idea could be that teams need to have two players who were in the league the previous season but not necessarily the same team. So many roster moves can’t happen because teams have to have two of the same players at least, but not restricting them to the same team might help.
@Nbkmac6 жыл бұрын
Cod to small for that
@user-ss8wh4kk3m6 жыл бұрын
the codfather I think that there should be more teams or more NA teams should be allowed in because teams like epsilon or vitality in season 1 should not be in a pro league. For this game in particular there should be 3 EU teams and 1 APAC team. But if you increase the amount of teams in the league to let's say 20 there are just going to be more that miss the playoffs because I think 8 teams should be the limit for playoffs.
@multeyemeteor6 жыл бұрын
Okay, I'm gonna spam. I don't think it should only be up to the players to entertain the fans. The orgs need to be on that. Look at the Team EnVyUs videos, which come out regularly, they are barely about the CoD team, so there's very little for their fans to watch, while OpTic constantly produce content about the organisation and the CoD team. The players should play first, and entertain second... never get it twisted. Sports and eSports alike are about the competition, not about brands. But if the organisations want the players to have fans, they need to produce content and help put the players in a situation, where their skills are in focus first, and then their personalities second.
