my suggestion -- build your towers closer to your crops and anything else important along with wells. in all the videos they seem to for crops and important buildings, storage of food and wood. towers four high, spread them out. wells everywhere.

hey gray when you take your archers out of their towers the lose their skill in the tower, Also the higher the tower the bigger the range for the archer towers. Like to help

Yeah. Holy crap this was annoying. Put the hospital the wrong way too. Put the manor where he said the there would be a storage area. Put the pub where he was supposed to build the castle parts. And why didn't he build the armory building as soon as possible? At least it's making me want to buy the game so I can fix all his mistakes, maybe that was the plan all along

This game really needs some infantry. Isn't it annoying when Tens of Vikings are attacking. Burn your village and steal your men. So if the game had Soldiers you could make them defend and chase down the Vikings. And it would make the game more realistic.

Go back and give this one a try again :) They've fixed most of the bugs. And they've added Steam Workshop support and people are making a bunch of QoL mods. Very recommended!!! Go to the workshop list of mods for the game, and then tick off all categories EXCEPT "Banner", in order to get a list of just the functionality-mods. I got all but 3 of them, I think :) This game needs some help!

If you encircle the town in walls you can replace the archer towers with ballistas because the normal vikings can't get through without ogres so if you kill the ogres you won't need to kill the vikings

If you'd actually pay attention, you'd know that the forestries plant their own trees to be chopped and don't require any external trees to be present.

Wrong. If you have starving people, defenses cannot be built. Same with unhappy people. You have to balance everything, everything is priority.

When u build your wall build it 2-3 high and then space your archers out...then on your archers do 4-5 high just depends on what u do with the rest of the wall like if u do 2 high than build your archers 4 high but if u do 3 high than build it 5 high

I once made a city with walls complete around it with (a lot) more than ten layers of wall...on top lots of archer towers and ballistas...with it a smaller part with ~20+ layers of wall and some archer towers and ballistas wich covered almost the complete map!! It was insane but i went out of peasants because of starvation(idk...too long ago) I spent a lot of hours into that and had,idk,like 800+ years...
