The scariest part about this is the fact that Theseus committed suicide by jumping off a cliff... Techno's speech is terrifyingly accurate to Tommy.

What makes it scarier is the fact that techno is writing the story arc I believe, so he could be doing this on purpose. He could be matching tommy to Theseus as a plot. Tommy is the main character and hero as well as Theseus. Techno could have noticed this and thought of the next plot to do a story arc like Theseus' story. I'm surprised most people didn't see it coming, like Wilbur already had this big villain arc and by Tommy turning also villainous, it wouldn't be interesting, because the villain arc was already explored. It also makes sense for the character Tommy's playing, he always has someone by his side, he's almost never alone, so being exiled this time alone noone to share the pain with, everyone can come and go except him, it makes sense. I love this character arc so much for Tommy and Tubbo. It's an echo of Wilbur and Schlatt, but its much more melancholy. Tommy is loosing his sanity like Wilbur, but is falling into depression as opposed by Wilbur's mania. Tubbo is becoming more authoritarian and tyrannical like Schlatt, but is driven by an urge to stop all conflict rather than to cause conflict. They are echos, shadows of the past. Hopefully their arcs end better than their elder counterparts...

oh so sorry bout that!! but yes its thee and ana :DD theyre crossed and replaced "me" and "can you" which changes the story for that part quite a bit owO, where instead of "ana saved thee' (tho the original lyrics are "ana's safety" i changed it up a bit too for this animatic thing) its "ana save me" saying that tommy is trying to convince himself to keep on living, while the "ana hear me" turns to "can you hear me?" signifying that he only has himself to reach out too uwu thats all!! honestly came up with this on the spot but i think its pretty fitting!!

well, you have to consider everything he's been through. As you said, he's 16. It'd make sense. He's seen his dad kill his brother, been betrayed by a friend, been exiled by his closest friend, saw his brother explode his country, saw his other brother masacre a crowd after killing his best friend, is now far away from everything familiar, unable to ever return, and is completely alone accept for a few visits either "out of pity" or from his enemies. It's surprising that his character has held himself together this long. The main thing helping him cope were Tubbo and his other friends. Now they are all gone. Separated from him. I get that it's out of place in a roll play block game series, but in a plot standpoint, it makes sense. Sad as it is, it seems as though it was bound to happen eventually unless they are completely disregarding mental health in their roll play.

When dream said "thats true" after tommy said "its never my time to die" I feel like dream is almost caring for tommy? Ik it might not make sense because dream got tommy exiled but let me explain. Maybe since tubbos slowly turning into schlatt, dream knew it could change tommy too and dream didnt want that to happen. So he made them lose their friendship earlier so that Tommy wouldn't get so hurt, and then now dream is trying to get tommy to start new and be the best person he can be, without tubbo or his past. Dream even stuck around with Tommy protecting him from monsters while he mined, and convinced him not to jump and die. LIKE- IDK BUT THATS WHAT IM THINKING
