Ok guys, 4 things: 1.) The baby would be CRYING and fussy if it was uncomfortable in any way. 2.) The parents are RIGHT THERE and are paying her for the pics. Last time i checked, newborn's parents worry enough about their kids to atleast take them away if they feel their kid is not being treated right. 3.) To all of y'all saying, "let them be in any natural position they want, why force them?" This IS how they were _naturally_ in the womb. She's not forcing but gently moving the baby in position. Y'all never moved babies? 4.) She SPEEDS up her videos so that you don't have to sit and watch her settle the babies for 2 hrs+. If you can't perceive that she's gentle based on the speed of the video, then... Idk what to tell you.

People liking the thing does not negate the very real ill-treatment that's wrapped up in making the thing, whatever that thing may be, a realization that has sometimes shifted purchasing patterns of much more central-to-living items than a saccharine baby photo.

I can just tell half of these comments literally never took care of a baby before, as someone who helped raise 4 babies I can tell you she was being gentle and also patient, babies are flexible and have ended up/ put themselves in uncomfortable looking positions whilst in the womb seeing as there is not a lot of room, they also like being compressed because it feels natural to them if babies can spend 9 months in positions this lady has put babies in they can most definitely handle spending 5+ minutes with breaks in between in those positions. Please do your research and stop harassing this lady calling her an abuser, no babies are being harmed or abused if y’all wanna get mad get mad at the parents they are the ones who paid for these HARMLESS baby photo shoots this lady is literally just doing her job!!. Still took her to the hospital just in case,she ended out fine!.

She's being gentle. The baby doesn't seem uncomfortable and they don't magically turn different poses, that's not how it works, someone has to _gently_ and _patiently_ put them in the pose for a couple quick photos. These people are trained on how to handle babies. This isn't abusive and this isn't traumatizing. They are baby photographers, it's their job to do newborn photos so the parents can look back at them as a baby in the next few years. If they are hurting the baby it's pretty obvious to tell, it's crying, trying to get away, or other signs that I don't feel like listing. Thank you for reading my paragraph.

Look up Anne Genes: posed photography of newborns has been done this exact way for generations, it isn't something new. All this photographer is doing is showing you the process. Babies are going to scream and cry if they're truly miserable and uncomfortable. They're well rested, full, and content when this process begins. They just have no clue they're supposed to be posed... because they're babies.
