I believe this is Daisy and Draya, Daisy is much higher ranking than Jane. Daisy definitely weans, disciplines and teaches.

When that Mom sneezed I'm coughed I thought that baby was going to lose its mind LOL. Now keep in mind when watching these videos they're not showing you everything about the baby they're showing you clips so don't always assume the babies as bad as it seems.
