I read a comment "I'm not religious...." meaning, even so, they still loved this song. Actually, this song, about loving Krsna/God, really has nothing to do with any sectarian or organized religion. True religion is the discovering of the essence of the soul, as heat is to fire, and wet is to water, cold to ice, etc. Love of Govinda is like that to the soul, to us (we are that soul). Not an imposition of the mind, but a natural occurrence.

I used to listen to this on cassette as a child in the Hare Krishna movement. I was raised in their Gurukula school system 5 years old and on. It popped into my head and I had to see if I could hear it on KZbin. Kind of cool.

Sorry but loving does not exist because Govinda is so kind. Loving exists because humans have a loving side. There are no gods, only fears and superstition driven frailty. Man reigns for now, in the future, who knows??
