Henry disparaged those who settled in their court cases starting with his brother Prince William, yet he put himself in the same boat as them! He owes his brother and the other court settlers an apology! Prince William donated his court settlement to charity, namely Invictus! I doubt if strapped for cash Henry is going to part with a substantial amount of his leftover $$ as Prince William did and give it to charity! That is the difference between the two: Prince William has CLASS, and Henry is CRASS!

Neil, why did the paper settle?? From what I’ve read his case was very weak and it’s obvious the judge was fed up with him. So why not take their chances to recoup their costs? I think putting Harry on the stand would have torpedoed the case.

Instead, they "unequivocally apologize", admit to engaging in "unlawful activities", which they NEVER did in the 1300 other cases they settled; admit that NOTW phone hacked Harry, apologized for the abuse they put Princess Diana through, and finally paid him "substantial damages". It has to do with taxes as well as the court system. Look up the term Delaware Loophole, and you'll see why they and the 1.5 million businesses incorporate in the First state. Crazy stuff.
