It's a shame Jan had to turn truly evil in the end. She was selfish, irrational, rigid yet also impulsive before, but she had something of a moral compass and an idea of right from wrong. Still a brilliant character. I love Melora Hardin.

Michael ruined Jan. In season 1 she was just a corporate business woman, but after Michael got to her, she completely lost it all. By season 3 she was insane. Don't get me wrong, she was absolutely toxic for Michael too. But I don't think she would have become AS toxic for Michael if she wasn't infected by Michael's own toxicity in the first place. They were horrible for one another.

I am always confused as to when people joke her and hate her. Ofcourse that sky diving picture is there to show here as erratic but her personality is confidence is so strong that is how a leadership person should be. Nothing is wrong with her character except for few things shown purposefully to say shes wrong and also for other people saying that shes erratic and stuff like that. Also I was part of so many the office fans groups on fb they bash pam so hard on DAILY BASIS mind you it is disgusting. I have started to realise many of the office fans are no life losers... I am slowing slipping out of the back door from the office "fan base". The series in itself is great, but the fans base... uhhh...

The dinner party episode, she’s a complete nut job. The fact that she has with Michael even though she knows it’s wrong.
