I love your reactions! I’m always looking for them first. After listening to the album with my daughter the first time, I was like I don’t feel like I just listened to a K-pop album. My daughter said Nope, it’s just Stray Kids! They have their own genre and it is incredible 😀

I actually kinda stoped listening to kpop a few years ago and just became a very casual listener of a few groups that i liked and just when i thought the "kpop thing" for me was "over" i decided to finally give a full chance to SKZ because i saw A LOT of Stays in my university and i became very curious about them. So i just started by Go Live and i was shocked because they didn't sound like kpop so the entire day i listened to their FULL discografy and i knew i was already becoming a Stay and it was mainly bc they didn't sound like kpop, they were so different! And the more i learned about them i was so shocked about how different they were for the industry in every single aspect. So yeah, i know what you mean and i fully agree!

We can observe how much SKZ is struggling with fame and the pressure + addiction that they feel by the overwhelming love they receive. Hyunjin shooting love bullets? Man... Also the scene where Lee Know observes all the other members numb with poison; as per my observation Lee Know is the only one that still keeps his composure somehow, he is less swayed by fame, he is trying his best not to believe all the great things that we Stays say that he is. He is probably afraid that it will all be taken away one day, as he came so close to that in the beginning of their career. The way they specify that their "spider" (mental illness?) makes their fingers go numb? Panic attacks, due to the deprivation of oxygen when hyperventilating, can make your fingers/toes/face go numb. I've had it happen before to me, it's not fun. This is especially potent when you remember that Han, who probably had a big hand in writing this, has social anxiety and most likely has experienced panic attacks before. Stray Kids! Building on your thoughts of the toxicity of self and others in the music video they also start engaging to dangerous activities towards each other, the bow and arrow, the swords in the box, the boxing, hitting a grenade with a bat, etc. the toxicity never affects just them. It becomes dangerous to everyone around them. THANK YOU A KISS FROM BRAZIL. 💋💋❤👏👏👏

When you said "I don't feel like I'm listening to kpop when I listen to SKZ"...I absolutely agree with you in the best way!. SKZ are so epic and so prolific and are so transcendent. I'm a 42 yr old woman and I absolutely love Stray Kids but not other boy bands. Why is that? I don't know. Boy bands really aren't my thing. I feel like I can just tell they're different. Kind of like how Queen was told Bohemian Rhapsody was crazy and would be a flop but yet it's one of the best songs from one of the best bands to ever walk this earth. I feel like Stray Kids is going against the mainstream flow and are creating the most creative music. Am I reaching or do I have a point 🤔? Either way it doesn't matter. I think Stray Kids are going to quickly kick BTS and other bands out of the water bcuz they are so unique and their talent is unmatched.
