My Grandma use to sing this song to me when my Grandpa was at work. It was our song for him. Now they both have passed. My Grandpa just a few months ago. I miss them both. This song has been playing in my mind for the last couple days thought I would look it up and long and behold here it is.

This song reminds me of my dearest Papa who passed away in April 30, 2015 surrounded by his loving children and grandchildren while I was holding/ touching his left arm. This song reminds me also as a child when I first heard this at a very young age. Reminded me of my grandparents too and my Papa likes this song too.

My father took care of his father back when I was a kid and I saw him get inside the room to be by his side when he died. But when it was time for my father, he died while I was too far away. I arrived the next day. I know he didn't want me to feel bad about it. So I'm trying to comfort myself.

It would have been my Dad's 100th birthday today, 26th October 2013, had he survived and not passed away eleven years ago.
