I ran into the scam website through an IG ad. I went into their website and it looked sketchy. I’m so glad I ran into your video. I love your laugh so much . Happy new year! :)🎆

Oh no! 😔I really did believe that I had made a purchase from the official site... but after seeing how the transaction was cleared (something boutique?) and going back through the transaction email I realized it was a scammy site. I still tried to hold on to hope that somehow it wasn't, but as soon as I saw the package (didn't even have to open it 😅) I knew it was a fake. Nothing could have prepared me for how bad the editing could be in though... My God, Monday, Tuesday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Tuesday? Really? It was so horrible that I had to share it and most importantly, get the word out for any potential buyer to never purchase through IVY EVER. 😊

I did not receive any responses either. I've tried to submit a claim via PayPal to try to get a refund, but I can't get through the whole dispute process (damn "circle of death")... There have been a few comments from other viewers about how they contacted their bank and/or card company directly to dispute and get a refund. So, it's possible and I'm still trying. 😊

I'm so sorry to hear that you received one of these too! They were really good at duping us, weren't they? I was suckered in with an Instagram ad that was a repost of Sophia herself. My damn 3am brain said, "Oh it's Sophia, so it must be the real site..." and before I knew it, I made a purchase from Ivy Ever's crap site. 😅

It most likely is also a counterfeit/fake... 😅 I've also learned the hard way. The only way to be sure these days is to order from the official site. I ended up ordering a digital version of their content creator planner (since it would not arrive in the mail on time with the start of the year so close). I'll admit, it is a wonderful planner and is very well put together.

I have made several attempts to dispute the transaction, but I can only make it so far into the dispute process and then I get the dreaded "circle of death" on the screen, and it makes me restart the whole process. I think I've spent in total (over many attempts) about 4+ hours into trying to get my money back. It's one of the reasons why I chose to film a review of their counterfeit item. If I can't get my money back, I'll at least give them some free advertising and show others that their product is a fake.

I'm sorry to hear that I couldn't provide you with a chuckle (even the slightest chuckle) with my review of the crappiest counterfeit planner ever made... See, that's where I find the humor in it. They took the time to steal the Dailee's videos, posts, and website market material, but they couldn't take the time to photocopy the real Daliee planner. Instead, that's the part they tried to do themselves, and they failed so, so, so badly. 😂 Now, the fact that they stole the Dailee's material and content is not funny at all and I hope the Dailee can take legal action against them.

I did not, as time is running too close to the start of the next year... Although, I am considering a digital version of their content creator planner. I have seen other reviews of their planners, which show what the REAL planner looks like, and this one doesn't even come close. 😂

I know their company has to be experiencing a lot of backlash from "customers" who received the fake copy, and my heart truly goes out to them. I bought a fake once. I did a chargeback on my card and got my money back.

Did you have to ship the item back, or was it directly through your card company? I was told that the item would have to be shipped back and there is no way that I am paying for that... I gave up after that point and decided to make the most of it. 😅

@@planningwithsally I did not ship it back because it was clearly fake. I provided photos to my credit card company comparing the one I received vs what was advertised vs what a real one looks like. I also included emails where I said I was not shipping back a fraudulent item to China unless the company paid for it. Crickets from them. Amex accepted my documentation and i got my money back.
