Pretty accurate for me, or at least applicable in some way. I'll definitely hear him out, as long as he has more to say than "I miss you" or "I want you back." That's nice and all but I need to know he's done his healing work and I'm not sharing soul space with the injustice wound of his divorce. For me the "dating somebody else" thing will only be casual because as long as I still see him as my DM and other men as replacements (I'm truly sorry that sounds so cruel), then I need to not get involved with anybody else. Don't wanna bleed all over somebody that didn't cut me. The cycle of hurting innocent people stops with me.
