Lol I love him but hes one of the most controlling leaders at SM though based on what all his members have said years ago. He is incredibly strict and a perfectionist. Frankly, I find him to be the perfect leader who has balanced the art of being tough while also sweet and encouraging. His personality is no joke and he can be very overpowering. Changmin himself has complained many times about Yunho even going to the younger trainees and new rookies and giving them instructions on how to perform and advice that goes beyond what other seniors would give to the junior groups. He even monitors their training and debut vids then calls them to speak to them about how to improve. No only that, but he also has strong interest in monitoring changes in the landscape of the entertainment and music industry in S. Korea and tends to talk about changes in trends with Siwon all the time. If there is any person at SM who would make a great CEO or at least a director, its Yunho.
