Love them! Pushing the boundaries. Reminds me of elements of the legendary British plunderphonic band the Perrinormal, blended with Dutch band Fractured Cat, Can, Pere Ubu and PIL with the approach of Anton Fier's Golden Palominos.

I wish Dwyer and the gang would wear ear protection. Saw them in LA around the time weird exits was coming out and I left the venue having had a blast but my ears were ringing clear to the next morning. Can't imagine how battle scarred their ears must be..

I wear plugs but a friend of mine can get away with not wearing them. Some people just have tougher ears or don't get tinnitus. I have tinnitus now, just managing it by wearing plugs tho

In an interview with Dwyer he says he has tinnitus already and jokes about going deaf and pursuing visual art, lol I just think he’s at the point where it doesn’t matter for him anymore. Can’t speak for the others though.

I saw them in ATL for the first time ever, never seen a band so loud in my life, I could not hear for two weeks, went to clean my ears out 4 days after seeing them and there was blood in my ear wax. I have now invested in plugs :)

the stage is usually not as loud as the rest of the venue because the band is behind those huge speakers. Still touring for 2 decades takes a toll on your ears for sure. Try ear filters btw they are just like earplugs but you dont lose as much sound clarity
