Quand John Dwyer et sa clique déboulent dans la Creuse, c'est pas vraiment pour acheter du terrain. Vingt ans que ces furieux partent et reviennent à San Francisco pour enregistrer album sur album, entre deux tournées. Deux batteries sur scène et une énergie à faire pâlir les apprentis rockeurs qui craignent trop la sueur. Oh Sees est finalement l'incarnation idéale de cette première programmation Check-in : rock jusqu'à la moelle, sans concession et généreuse. Et ce n'est pas en virant leur "Thee" au début de leur nom que ça changera quelque chose, d'accord ?

Every live of oh sees seems to have a shitty audience, here in chile people went nuts, crazy, completely insane, one of the best gigs i've ever been in, and sorry for my third world english haha

I was at this show, this festival was in the middle of nowhere in France and that was the first edition, so there wasn't as much hype or craziness as it could've at a better known fest (even though it was really great). I've seen them two weeks after that again in France at Le Bataclan, and I can tell you the crowd went nuts lol
