Before I forget, your notebook is great. I like that there are places to add your stamp colors as well as the layout and instructions. The colors in your card are right up my alley. Nothing makes me happier than Fall colors. #QOTV: I use my punches a lot since they are easier than dies. I made a birthday card yesterday for my sister using an old Creative Memories hexagon punch with 2 sizes. I use lots of dies for backing sentiments or making borders. I'm sure it will be fun seeing what the others have created from the same inspirational piece. Thanks, as always, for your inspiring contributions.

Great color combo with the papers and how fun to use a tool/punch from you stash. #QOTV The last time I used a punch on a card was in December 2022 for some ornaments. However, my son & I used a talk bubble punch several times for fun since then.

QOTV - I used a punch for fishtails about a week ago. I have my older punches still and a few are border punches. I think I will pull one up and plan to use it in the next week. Thanks for reminding us about some of our older supplies!😊 Gorgeous card!💚🍁

I still use my MS border punches a pot. It's an easy way to kick ur card up a notch. Your card turned out great and it's not 2 time consuming. Thanks 4 sharing.

Cute card! You could use up a lot of ephemera pieces on this style of card, which is reminiscent of a previous sheetload of yours! #QOTD I used a small banner punch to make a fishtail on a sentiment strip two days ago. I have so many punches that I haven’t touched in ages. I prefer using dies for most things now.

Great take on the inspiration Alicia! #QOTV: I have several of those punches but don’t use them lately because they are not punching well and most of the time they damage my paper 😮

In the past I have seen people suggest punching some aluminum foil to try and 'sharpen' them up. Also, if the paper you used was a bit thinner, you could put a scrap behind it and punch 2 layers. Sometimes that helps with tearing. TFW!

#QOTV - I'm punch kind of gal! I don't have as many as I did as the take up more room than dies. I used a shaped sentiment punch last week. As always, a lovely card, especially like the Not2shabby paper. Thanks!

I use punches or dies on almost every card I make. Most recently it’s been circle, label and tag punches. But I do have the Stampin’ Up border dies and love the large scallop edge like you used today. #QOTV

Hey Alicia! I love your cards and they inspire me every month. Currently I'm on the hunt for a new paper trimmer and wondering which one you use. I've looked during your videos and it looks like the Fiskars ProCision rotary bypass trimmer. Is that the correct one? I'm tired of replacing blades.

Unfortunately the one I use is no longer in production. Which is super sad because it’s my favorite trimmer that I’ve ever had. :( I would suggest looking for a rotary trimmer that has a pull out arm/platform that doesn’t cut off any ‘important measurements’ for papercrafting.
