My younger brother just got this game recently for his 17th birthday. I hadn't been keeping up with the marketing for it but I really liked Far Cry 3, thought Far Cry 4 was decent and enjoyed the novelty of Primal. I figured that Far Cry 5 would just be another middle-of-the-road entry in the series. Instead it's been my favourite in the series thus far (I've just liberated Holland Valley - side note I think John Seed was a great villain, not Vaas but still fantastic, shame he's only a sub-boss). The soundtrack for this game kicks ass, which I didn't expect.

The map is a pretty good size, think the problem is that Ubisoft didn't populate it with enough cultists in certain areas. Mostly mountain/wooded areas. The scenery is undeniably beautiful though. I think Montana was a good location for FC5 and I really liked all the villians in this game. Wonder what location FC6 will be in and if any characters will return for it. The Father didn't die in any of the 3 endings so there's one possibility.

Even tho 6 months has passed, I'm still listening this song every day and I never get bored of it. I infatuated and obsessed with this song so much. the henbane river in this game, is named after the plant henbane ( which is in the nightshade family. ) and this plant much like Bliss flowers, contains scopolamine. ( which is one of the main ingredients of Bliss. ) just a little fun fact you might not have known about.
