I mained a pally tank forever and its just an amazing tank. Super easy aggro control and lots of tools for your group. Since evevryone has been on the pally bandwagon and i rolled a warrior and O.M.G is it awesome. It was hard to get it going and figure it out but once it all fell into place its just a blasty blast. Blood Dk is like a mix between warrior and Pally.

I love what a guardian dread because it's fun. I'd item level 427 i did a +12 waycrest and +13 everbloom today. Wss tough but i did it. If I used my cooldowns properly it wasn't really too much of a problem even on fortafied. A couple of enemies hit a little harder than I would have liked, but overall not too bad. But I definitely need to get more item level before I try to go higher lol... I'm still wearing a couple of 412 pieces and 421 pieces. What that said, with the build I'm using and when planned correctly I feel pretty tanky honestly. And I do like that with incarnation I'm basically invincible I can just spam frenzy regeneration and iron for up to eight stacks with the talents that I use. I do wish they made it to where regrowth would not take you out of bear form though. I think if you pick that talent to give you the instant proc.. It should make regrowth its own version and usable only in bear form.

I went brew master monk and its been SUPER fun so far. I tried them all and the monk just has the highest skill ceiling of all tanks. If you get good at it, they are unkillable gods.

Statically placed skills like Death & Decay and Concentration should be turned into an Aura. That would solve the mobility issues with the skills in M+ and Raids.

Brewmaster damage rotation can be played with 2 buttons if you don't want to min-max, you will not lose much performance tho, 5-10% at best, which imo is completely irrelevant if you are a casual player who just plays around +20

You can't drop your rotation to 2 buttons, no matter what you do. You will still have, at least: Blackout Kick, Keg Smash and Spinning Crane Kick. Aswell as Purifying Brew and Expel Harm.

@@adianblabla It has a very straight forward priority for that. So if u play without blackout combo u can make two macros based on ST and mainly AOE abilitys. Like for example somethign which lets u cast keg smash into firebreath, resets on keg cd and casts spinning crane after or something like that. Purifying Brew and Expel harm are not part of damage rotation unless you dont play jade wind in which case it still shoud be used defensivly 90% of the time. So I guess you just removing black out combo and playing the rotation not 100% correct results in a 10-20% dps loss in aoe if we dont count cd usage. Almost no loss in ST by shrinking it to some smart damage combos.

Because consecrate never used to have a dr attached to it when that glyph existed. It would be the equivalent of rushing Jade wind having a 20% dr as well as doing a lot of damage now. Which would be crazy OP

Both healers i tend to do raid and Mythic+ with hate both of my tanks (DK and Pala) where im good for a while and out of nowhere they have to panic heal and before they have finished the cast im good again from self heals.

its impossbile to stay in a full time concecration in m+ keys especially in higher keys. you have to move so much and leaving your empowered concecration just feels bad. its super poweful but its poor to play sometimes because of the thing marcellian mentioned. you just overwrite it if you recast and thats bad (design)

Meh. It’s all subjective. Bear to me (long time Bear) is incredibly boring to me but super fun for my friend, but it’s new to her. That’s another factor is the “shiny new toy” aspect. There’s a higher chance that a new tank will be more fun just simply cause it’s a new toolkit.

I'm not gonna lie, in the last year I have had to change mains so often because of updates, nerfs, pvp modifiers, and I'm not even close to world class. I like that they are actioning the classes but every couple of weeks, a new review, a change to play styles, bots, scripting hacks, all of it... it has made the game not fun. Why play a holy palladin just to watch it get nerfed in pvp, why pvp when the unaddressed Druid cyclone spams still have little to no diminishing returns, why be a mage when all they do is lock you into aoe or insnaely complex or braindead single taget, there is so much more to complain about but the biggest, there is love for rogues, love for paladins, love for Demon Hunters but everyone else playing to game has to endure forced fun gates so the timmys of our world get a trophy.

Blood DK is by no means the tankiest tank :D He is squishy in the same way he has always been squishy, has less upfront DR than most other tanks, if not all of them so Blood will normally be one of the first if not THE first tank to start being one shot.
