It does but you have less sustain early and gilded arrow scales with ymir passive really well. Depends on your playstyle.

People who pass bans should be considered afk. It should be reportable. Or even better, if they skip a ban, you get an extra one. I always ban loki and morrigan when they pass, for some reason these cringe ban passers like those gods. Almost more cringe than people who invade your blue buff.
