Ohhhh NO Pi Network!!!!!

As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring inclusivity and fairness across the Pi Network, we’re extending the Grace Period deadline from January 31, 2025 to February 28, 2025. This change provides additional time for Pioneers to complete KYC verification and Mainnet migration, helping more members secure their Pi and contribute to the growing ecosystem.
Note that the Grace Period is independent of Open Network timing. It is possible for Open Network to launch before or after the Grace Period ends, and the Grace Period rules will remain the same regardless.

I don't agree unfortunately. I feel of this was genuinely to maintain fairness for those without slots or who are stuck in the process then they would have only extended for this people. They could have closed the grave period for pioneers that are inactive (maybe no mining or login for several months) or closed for those who haven't attempted KYC yet. The fact it has been extended entirely suggests to me that there's an underlying lack of adoption happening.

Correct, I believe you are correct. Pi creators do need as many pioneers going to main net as possible. More users gives the concept more success. I have faith that Pi will launch March 14th 2025.

this coin has been in development for 2 market cycles and is missing the third. The Coinbase CEO is saying 1 million new coins are launched everyday. The market is getting saturated. What happens if I passed kyc in 2022 and then passed again in 2024 and now it's moved to tentative approval. I already have 280 pi in lockup till july 2025 and 27 available pi now . I don't understand how it's possible to come this far just to potentially fail kyc . Did the live test twice aswell

Your right, but again. They could just suspend the time for those who started KYC but stuck. Give extra time for them specifically. But not everybody, who don't even bother to start the process.
