Today I tried 'flying yoga'.
Since I did pilates, I felt the need to do stretching
This time, I surely felt the need for stretching..
For me it was a big, big challenge
And the instructor encouraged me saying that trying, itself, is a success
which made me continue on with the challenge!

Wonho trying aerial yoga is the best thing i never knew i needed to see. I'm very much enjoying this trend of seeing him do things that involve more flexibility than brute strength, especially because he's doing things that we could conceivably do as well despite most of us being nowhere near as in shape as him.
