Senior season highlights of Corner Canyon's (UT) four-star quarterback Devin Brown. He finished his senior year throwing for a single-season state record 4,881 yards and was named the MaxPreps Utah Football Player of the Year. He also threw for 57 touchdowns and rushed for 430 yards and eight scores.

My only concern is the competition he's playing I mean Utah do they have top 300 players? He's definitely the fit for Day but I'm just questioning the competition cause day reloads on wide outs so he has weapons. Best of luck for this kid

Looks pretty good really. Better than I thought for sure being rated the 57th best prospect in his class. I imagine Ewers was leaving anyway before Browns commitment. So its not like we are trading Ewers for Brown. Only time will tell how big of a lose losing Ewers is. Im starting to think It won't be such a bad lose due to the talent we still have at Ohio State in the QB room. Still would have like to have seen him get a few passing reps before he left. He surely had a chance to take over when CJ left. Must just have wanted a chance to get on the field sooner. Don't blame him just hope he makes a good decision about where to go next because any worthwhile school is going to have other great QBs to compete with and even if you win the job not many schools surround you with elite talent like Ohio State. Top 3 schools I like for him are Texas Am where he has to beat out Haynes King and often injured QB with elite mobility. 2nd Georgia. Has to beat out JT Daniel's and Brock Vandergrif a very highly gifted young passer as well. Texas... has to beat out a slew of highly touted young QBs. Texas Tech... he would probably start by not surrounded by nearly as much talent. Im not sure these options are really better than Ohio State but if nothing else hes closer to home.

@tylerbryant4373 yup. Have to agree. I was hopeful for McCord but he didn't seem to have developed as a processor to make up for his lack of mobility. I still don't think Mccarthy is all that as a passer but he certainly does more with his legs.
