I've never visited a Skyline Chili location, which is crazy because we are up there a few times a year, and I LOVE Ohio food! I will definitely have to visit Skyline when we are in Ohio again. The spaghetti with chili and cheese looked really good, even though I'm not much for spaghetti or any other pasta for that matter. Ohio has amazing good everywhere I've been. The Trail Bologna, Buckeyes, and fried pie from the Amish store looked really good. If I'm near Berlin, I will have to check it out. Columbus pizza is among my favorite. I would easily rank it above New York pizza. I can go on and on about how much I love Ohio food. Columbus and Cleveland have some unforgettable gems that I can't get enough of. Awesome video! We were in Ohio 2 weeks ago, and I cant wait to go again.

Skyline Chili was so fun to try because they really are everywhere in Cincinnati lol! So many great things to try. I’ve even fortunate to go on many Ohio adventures and loved all of them. I will definitely need to try more Columbus food!! Columbus is such a beautiful spot. And now I look forward to returning. Greg is obsessed with a German restaurant in Columbus you once vlogged a while back, and he’s always wanted to take me here and we had tried this trip passing through Columbus but it just didn’t work out this time around. @TheAdventuresofMegGreg Schmidt's Sausage Haus in Columbus is a must. Been around since 1886, and their Bahama Mama sausage is amazing! I also highly recommend their giant cream puff. Wario's Beef & Pork is my favorite cheesesteak ever. I always visit whenever in Columbus. I liked it better than anything we tried in Philadelphia, which says a lot. We always get The Steak, Wario's Way. They are wildly popular and recently opened 2 more locations. Terita's Pizza is a great spot for Columbus style pizza, though there are many more. Terita's is my go-to, but I want to try as many as I can. Another favorite of mine when making the trip to Columbus is The Thurman Cafe. Their Thurminator is massive. Big enough for 2 to share. It's really good and makes for a great vlog. The single serve version of that burger is also really good. Takorea is a Korean-Mexican fusion restaurant downtown that we really liked. I also loved PJ's Sandwiches. Legendary drunk food spot with big sloppy sandwiches. While in Cleveland, we tried the famous Corned Beef Sandwich from Slyman's, which Rachel Ray even raved about. It's massive, piled really high, and so good. We also tried Larder Delicatessen, which I also recommend. Swenson's is an Ohio staple for fast food burgers. The Ohio chain is older than McDonald's and is something you have to do at least once, if you haven't already. That's a short list of some of our favorite spots in Columbus and Cleveland. We've barely scratched the surface in either city, but it's so hard when you find places you absolutely love and want to go back to. We try hard to balance, but Wario's must happen on every trip. Lol!

The Skyline Chili recipe looks like something I would really enjoy. We were!! We love our Ohio visits, such a fun state! So funny you are the first Ohioan I’ve heard say they don’t like Skyline! My parents used to take us to Amish Country in PA every year when my sister and I were young, and then we would visit Dutch Wonderland or Hersheypark. We also took our kids growing up. Noel freaked out once when he saw the No WiFi No electricity signs. The Horse and Buggy rides were cool for us. And we loved the Antique shops. Never tried the Trail Balogni. Glad to see your 10 out of 10 rating. Totally enjoyed your adventure! Thanks So Much for sharing it with us. Not sure you'll see this comment as we're still having issues with you all not able to see our comments. YT said they're still working to resolve our issue, but oh well...life goes on!

Looks like you packed a ton of stuff in and lots of eating. That big, big drink on the way would have had me stopping for a pee too many times. I do like chilli and spaghetti but an odd combo but better than with hot dogs! Greg was brave eating spaghetti with a white top tho. I didn't know the Amish were some sociable but that looks pretty cool. Some great Autumn colours too. I guess we have that to look forward to again pretty soon 🙂

That’s really nice that the both of you got to visit Greg’s parents in Ohio. I was wondering what Ohio looked like these days glad I got to see some of it in this video. Skyline chile sounds good to me…I love salad. Spaghetti I bet I would give it a 10. Ricky would give the chili a ten and the spaghetti a 0 he does not like pasta. My husband would like it I think maybe. 🤔 Amish very cool. Love the carriages and buggies. It’s the season I would love it! Buckeye yes! The national memorial very beautiful. When we visited Cincinnati for the first time we were surprised by how prevalent Skyline chili is. Skyline chili is so classic. I have tried it and it was unique with that cinnamon flavor. I think the owner is Greek. If so that explains it. I like it on hot dogs. Woah that is a lot of Amish. Lots of arts and crafts. 20000 sq foot Christmas. And I am sure the cider is great! Never had a buckeye pie great travels guys.

I grew up in Louisville and used to visit Cincinnati often...it's been so long and I haven't had Skyline Chili in FOREVER! It's so good and so different and I loved it. The menu has expanded and looks great. You two crack me up! I didn't know about Berlin but it looks like a great place to visit and I'd start at the Christmas store too! LOVE it! A Skyline Chili just opened near us in Flamingo Crossing. Which if you didn’t know is where all the Disney college program dorms are. We haven’t tried it yet but it’s on our list to try. I love buckeyes candies. I had an old boyfriend years ago that was from Ohio and his Aunt made them a lot. It’s always fun to visit Amish shops. The food is always so good and fresh 😊💕.

Great video! Ohio is a pretty state. I have good friends in the Akron/Canton area. I have not tried Skyline Chili yet but would probably give the same rating as you did Meg. I’m not a big fan of pasta, spaghetti, etc. I love good chili though. The Amish areas are very pretty and are packed with so much history which is very neat to see their lifestyle. I would love buckeyes as anything peanut butter and chocolate is a hit for me. Thank you for sharing your day with us.

It's interesting that you're not a spaghetti person, Meg - because I _love_ spaghetti, but I'm not much of a chili person! 😂 I also consider myself to be quite the cheese enthusiast, but I don't know that I'd be able to take on a plate that looked to be 90% shredded cheese. I guess you never truly know until it's right in front of you! The Amish food, though, that I can _definitely_ get behind. We also have a Dutch Market nearby us and the food is truly unbeatable. Props to you both for being respectful of the culture and the employees while filming, I'm sure they appreciated that. It seems like Ohio has some really beautiful sights to see, and some really beautiful fall foliage. One of only a handful of states this side of the country that we've never spent much time in, and we'd definitely be keen to fix that! Would love to see a vlog from the zoo(s) if you ever make your way back to those venues, too! 😁 Great vlog, you guys!
