Good morning Big Rich,Josh, and Skylar... thank you for sharing with us today. I believe the former owner of the other FRT said her name was Vicky Lou or Vicky Roo. But I know it was Vicky something... so went back and watched the video of when you got her and at 1 minute he says he named her after his wife and her name is Vicky Roo. So glad to see Hubert back in his original tank. I just love that boy! It looks like Hubert was saying hi to the adonis pleco lol ( I call him Gigantor lol). I think Vicky will be quite happy in the 4400. I so wish I lived closer so I could come volunteer! Hope everyone has a great day! ❤️ SFMF #TeamTracy ❤️

An interesting fact about barramundi is that they’re what are known as sequential hermaphrodites, with barramundi, they start off as males and become females at some point in their life, they are also related to the Nile perch

Big rich, put some root tabs in the substrate of your tanks which have plans. I notice you don't have soil and you have pass through system so the nutrients for the plants are going to be low. The root tabs will give the nutrients to the roots. Your plants will really take off.

if you can source them i think that adding some neetroplus nematopus cichlids [ poor mans tropheus] to the monster pond would be cool. i read yesterday that they act as cleaner fish in lake nicaragua for big cichlids [ and probably large monster fish] and would add some diversity to the overall ecosystem

Hi Rich, Maybe you can keep the baby puffers in the discus tank to sort out the snail problem in there. Unless you actually like the snails or if you think the puffers might go after the discus. Just a sugestion though.

Did the big catfish that came to you with bad gill curl pass away? Last I saw it was in that touch tank with Hubert and the huge Pleco. That discus tank population does look a lot less than I remember. We got some surprise Fish-Tetris from Josh too. SFMF.

We don't like cleaning gravel, and the bare bottom tank looks terrible, so we put in tiles to make it look better

Rich you need to research Dr Ken Barry and the carnivore diet, it would take your inflammation and pain down in a matter of weeks. 6-8 weeks and continue to improve after that …. I feel for you, pain and not being able to touch your toes in your 50s is too young,
