So good in fact I just received my new one last week. My original one is 5 years old & still running beautifully. Today I received their latest 4 speed drill working with Bosch 18 volt platform. What a machine compared to the 1st & 2nd generation. Kinda regards.

Do the Bosch Core batteries have the same connections as the AmpShare batteries? Can we use standard Core batteries (e.g. 4Ah) with Fein AmpShare tools?

Yes they have the same connections!

@@OhioPowerTool Thanks! I swear I've asked Fein and Bosch numerous times and never received an answer. You would think it would be front and center in their marketing. Cheers.

Ampshare is Bosch version of Metabo's C.A.S ( Cordless Alliance System), meaning if you now purchase any new power tool with Ampshare logo; this means it's powered by Bosch 18 volt platform such as Fein for example or Rothenberger ( who incidentally are also part of Metabo's C.A.S which means you'll need to ensure which platform you require your tool to work from). I hope this was somewhat helpful. Kind regards.

I beg to differ, you do not speak German, rather nonsense, It's NOT 9000 metres per minutes ( that's linear speed, a rate of 540 Kilometres per hour or if you prefer 335.61 Miles per hour faster that the speed of sound), I think what you were meant to say was 9000 revolutions per minutes ( this machine has a rotating spindle that turns or spins if you prefer at a rate of 9000 revolutions or turns a minute). I.N.O.X as you call it is French for Inoxydable ( meaning stainless as in stainless steel). As for the cordless grinders (CCg125 BLPD with deadman's switch), I purchased mine with the original Fein batteries & whilst it's powerful grinder; Metabo have introduced their WVB 18 LTX which has similar power output to Bosch Biturbo, ie: equivalent to 1500 watts. How do I know? I acquired mine in November last year. Indeed it's noticeably more potent than my dear Fein grinder. Kind regards.
