WillowWood One® TT System: Fabrication

Transtibial amputees are able to experience advanced socket technology that controls pistoning, allows for a broad range of motion, and maintains a secure socket fit. The system may be used with elevated vacuum or suction suspension.
Clinicians may fabricate the WillowWood One TT system at their own facilities or opt to have WillowWood complete fabrication. For those choosing to fabricate themselves, this video shows the step-by-step process for successfully fabrication.

How do you get the smooth finish on the second lamination? We use ER resin here as well and the nyglass weave is still visible on the finish.

Thanks for asking! WillowWood's custom solutions team also uses nyglass on the second lamination. The only thing that we may do differently is that we put a couple nyserts over top of the nyglass.
