Dissipate allows the user to tank a hit before swapping incase the loom your swapping into has less bulk It also allows you to adapt after tour aponent pivots

i wouldn’t recommend ohmbolt its just barely more tanky in melee defense less tanky in ranged and has less total hp than plasmoth plus it cant hold any item other than doy and is less offensive

I have used ohmbolt and it is best you run v. Clever to tank stuff from the ranged side and you shouldn't be using it as an offensive loomian more like a support ranged tank
